This series has so much potential I loved the first Maddox brothers books but this one is slow its no where near as intense as what I'm used to from this author and I real let down I wanted to love this book I really did but I just couldn't I forced myself to finish it and it never developed the intensity I wanted from it

Let me start off by saying that Jamie McGuire is a genius. I've read and re-read every book in this series, numerous times. I've falling head over heels in love with these Maddox boys and I've hated them equally. Trav was my absolute favorite, until Thomas showed up.
He's a control freak, sexy, mean and dangerous!
Jamie brings you into the story, she makes you feel the raw emotions she creates.
You'll fall in love with the characters and find yourself with a new book boyfriend after the first chapter...
Oh book-hangover from the Maddox brothers!! Argh, damn you Jaime McGuire...damn you - actually love you to pieces! Another amazing read from Jamie about the hot Maddox brothers, they both are both Thomas and Liis have scars from their pasts....from apparently loving others.

I love how Travis and Abby's story tied in, and made so many pieces fall into place. Especially, as they traveled as 'a couple' to the wedding in St. Thomas. They both have ex's to deal with/let go of, but they are also both married to their jobs. No matter what though they are matching scars.

Can't wait for more from Jamie and Maddox Brothers!
What a roller coaster ride! BR definitely lives up to its name! I don't know of any other author who can blend romance, humor, action, and devastation into one book and it come out this perfectly. Jamie has a unique creative talent that does exactly that. If you had any doubts about Thomas from reading Beautiful Oblivion, this book will completely change your mind. Too bad there are only 5 Maddox brothers to go around! Every girl needs a Maddox in their lives! I can't wait to read about the other brothers!!
I'll admit, I was a little weary about Beautiful Redemption after reading Beautiful Oblivion. I was a little disappointed in that book, but Beautiful Redemption was absolutely amazing and exceeded all my expectations!

Thomas Maddox is known around his office as the moody boss that no one ever goes up against. He's young and in a great position at the FBI, and is still getting over his heartbreak with Cami. Liis is an up and coming agent who is married to the job and just transferred to San Diego and split with her fiance. When these two meet the first time, they have no clue who the other one is, and it is enjoyable to see how it plays out when they realize who they are to one another.

These two are so alike, but yet so different. Liis really hasn't experience that real love that knocks you down and makes you question what you really want in life. Thomas thought he had, but that's all about to change. Both of these characters are married to their job and absolutely love being an FBI agent.

Liis tries her hardest to fight her feelings for Thomas, and each time she finally wants to give in, he does something idiotic that makes her pull back. When the two of them are forced to work together to talk Travis into joining the FBI or going to jail, everything comes out with these two.

I absolutely loved these two characters and the chemistry between them was HOT! Thomas's brother Travis has been one of my all time favorite book boyfriends, but Thomas now is coming up the ranks with his book boyfriend appeal. He's loyal, loving, alpha, and everything that makes a character appealing. Liis knows what she wants in life and isn't afraid to speak her mind. A few times I was laughing out loud at her and her antics.

Not only are these two main characters to die for, but so are the supporting characters. I loved Anthony, Marks, Sawyer and Val. OMG did I love Val! She absolutely cracked me up, and she brought sense to Liis when she needed it the most.

Thomas's story is definitely amazing, but I do recommend reading Beautiful Disaster, Walking Disaster, and Beautiful Oblivion prior to reading this, so you have the full story. I loved how we got to see a bit of Travis and Abby again, and to see how much their love for one another just jumps off the page. This story is heartfelt, amazing, and full of chemistry. I definitely recommend this book, and hope everyone falls in love with Thomas as much as I did.
Very different from the other Maddox books, but I liked it.

This book is really different from Jamie McGuire’s previous additions to the series and I definitely enjoyed it more because of that. This one had a less juvenile/high school-esque feel than the other books. In the others, it’s obvious that the books are fiction because everyone knows who Travis and Trenton are, despite Trav and Trent being in college/the workforce. However, in this book, there was none of that overfamiliarity. The name-calling was thankfully absent as well. There was less slut-shaming, aggressive behaviors, etc. It was just a nice, complicated romance story that had me wanting so much more.

The characters, Thomas and Liis, know who they are, they’re comfortable with themselves, and they don’t have to put people down to be the great agents that they are. Liis doesn’t have that cliché bad childhood and Thomas doesn’t have anything like that either. It’s just two average Joes falling in love. And it’s what made me fall in with this story.

I also really enjoyed the plot of the book. It combined some of the aspects of the other Maddox books, but it had its own plotline. I was enthralled. I devoured this book in one sitting and I seriously don’t regret it. I just wish it had been 30 or so pages longer. I needed so much more.

All in all, this is my favorite of the Maddox Brothers books by far and I can’t wait to hear more about Thomas and Liis in future installments.
